The Route

Every item is purchased from an authorised UK retailer, consolidated at our UK sourcing hub, and flown to South Africa. On arrival, we handle full SARS customs clearance — duties and VAT are already included in your landed price, so nothing further is owed on delivery.

Timeline

From a secured drop to delivery at your door typically takes 10–18 business days, covering UK consolidation, international freight, customs clearance, and final domestic courier dispatch from our Durban HQ. Timelines vary by drop volume and customs processing.

Domestic Delivery

Once cleared at our Durban headquarters, your item is dispatched overnight via a premium domestic courier to any address in South Africa.
