Terms of Service

Dripped ("we", "us") operates a sourcing concierge service: we acquire limited-release streetwear and footwear from authorised United Kingdom retailers on behalf of customers in South Africa, and manage the resulting cross-border logistics, customs clearance, and local delivery.

1. The Allocation Deposit

Placing an order requires an allocation deposit, which authorises our UK team to attempt to purchase your requested item and size at the moment it becomes available. The deposit is not the full purchase price; the balance is charged only once the item has been successfully secured.

2. No Guarantee of Allocation

Limited releases are governed by retailer stock levels outside of our control. We do not guarantee that any specific size or item will be secured. Where an item cannot be secured, the deposit is refunded per our Refund Policy.

3. Authenticity

All items are purchased directly from authorised UK retailers or verified boutiques. We do not source from secondary or grey markets.

4. Pricing

Landed prices displayed on the site are inclusive of item cost, international freight, South African customs duties, and VAT, at the time of listing. See Shipping & Customs for further detail.
